Cancellation Policy:

• To secure reservations, 50% deposit will be required on booking confirmation. The balance is due upon arrival.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
• We reserve the right to retain the deposit as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-book the room.
• Early departures will be liable for the full amount of prebooked stay.
• In the event of a no-show we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
• In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on your booking
  • More than 14 days prior to arrival : 25% cancellation fee
  • More than 10 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival :100% cancellation fee
• A 25% administration fee will be deducted under all circumstances after cancellation of ANY booking after a written confirmation has been received via e-mail and invoice has been requested.
• Banking details will be provided upon request.
