Cancellation Policy:

To secure reservations, 50% deposit will be required on booking confirmation. The balance is due upon arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 21 days prior to the arrival date.

We reserve the right to retain the deposit as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-book the room.
In the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.

A 25% administration fee will be deducted under all circumstances after confirmation of booking.
